Apostille — medical translation

The apostille is a certificate attached by a state chancellery confirming that the notary's signature is genuine. It is issued by the canton where the notary practises, it is recognised in every country party to the 1961 Hague Convention, and it removes the need for any consular step. We handle the notary appointment and the chancellery counter, and return the bound set by registered post.

Everything is delivered with a certificate of accuracy, which is what a hospital admissions office, an insurer or a foreign registration body will look for. If the file has to be filed abroad, we add notarisation and the apostille of the cantonal chancellery, and we can arrange embassy or consulate legalisation for countries outside the Hague Convention.
